Are you a construction crew, traveling nurse or displaced homeowner due to fire or flood?  If you are in need of exceptional housing accommodations but unable to commit to a yearly lease please call us to discuss what your needs are and how we can help.

At Ashbrooke Properties all of our homes come fully furnished with paid utilities, internet and no yearly lease required. We provide bedroom televisions, gas grills, lawn care and stocked with household supplies. Our Premier Properties include weekly cleaning and snow removal in the rental fee.

* Cleaning services can be arranged for any of our properties.

If your housing needs are in two days or two months please inquire as to availability. If we do not have a vacancy, we will direct you to someone who may.
